We proudly work alongside Fulton Hogan, the company behind Millwater and Milldale, as well as other NZ developments and are known locally to be one of the most popular and long standing build companies in the Millwater/Milldale area.

Our latest developments are now under way in the Milldale subdivision – Fulton Hogan’s exciting new residential subdivision, located just a stone’s throw away from Millwater, and bustling Orewa.
We are a non franchise, NZ owned company, with a close-knit build team and all our homes are personally drawn by our design and draughting team.

We are right next door to the Milldale sales office at 45 Maurice Kelly Drive (opposite GJ Gardners).

Take the Millwater exit, the exit PAST Silverdale, then turn left onto Wainui Road. At the little roundabout you will see our MILLDALE sign, turn into Sidwell Rd at the roundabout and you have arrived at the leafy green area of Milldale!
